Pass parking is required at Fort Taber Park during the summer. Beginning in mid June parking fees will be implemented seven days a week up to and including the Labor Day holiday in September. Daily Beach attendants will only be available at East Beach and Fort Taber to serve your parking pass needs.
Daily passes may be purchased. Please contact the City of New Bedford Department of Parks, Recreation and Beaches for fee information or if you have any questions.

Museum visitors may obtain a waiver for parking fees. Tell the attendant that you are visiting the museum, and park in the museum parking spaces. In the museum ask the docent for a parking permit and place it on the dashboard of your car.
Season passes are available for purchase for New Bedford residents only.
