World War II Re-enactment Weekend
Saturday, June 16, and Sunday, June 17, 2018
World War II Comes Alive at Fort Rodman! Come down and meet the World War II Historian Reenactment Units as they portray life during WWII. You’ll meet American, British and German Units who will interact with the public. This Event this year is supported by and includes participation from the New Bedford Police Department who will have Unit Displays for the Public; Whaling City National Park Service, Boston Charlestown Navy Yard National Park Service, Units from The Young Marines, Naval Sea Cadets and Civil Air Patrol.

Event Starts at 10am Each Day and Shuts Down at 4pm Each Day . The Event is Free. The Military Museum will be open from 10am -4pm each and Admission to the Museum is Always Free ! Parking is Free in the Parking lot inside Fort Taber Park and 1st 2 Parking Lots Outside Fort Taber Park Adjacent to East Beach.
